Tom Temin, Federal News Radio
Tom Temin is the host of Federal Drive, airing weekdays from 6-9 a.m. on Federal News Radio 1500AM. Tom Temin has 30 years’ experience in journalism, mostly in technology markets. He was a long-serving editor-in-chief of Government Computer News and Washington Technology magazines, both of which were regular winners of national reporting awards. Before joining Federal News Radio, Tom wrote (and continues to write) a column on government IT and acquisition topics. He was a regular guest on Federal News Radio before joining the team.

Pamela Dyson, Chief Information Officer, Securities and Exchange Commission
Pamela C. Dyson has been appointed as the SEC’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) in charge of overseeing the agency’s information technology functions. Ms. Dyson has served as Acting CIO since October 2014. She has held key positions in the Office of Information Technology (OIT) since she came to the Commission in 2010, including Deputy CIO.
André Mendes, Director of Global Operations, Broadcasting Board of Governors
As Director of Global Operations, André Mendes manages, supervises and directs the IBB Chief of Staff, the Office of Technology, Services and Innovation (TSI) and serves as program administrator for the grants made to the BBG-sponsored grantees. He is also currently serving as the acting Chief Financial Officer.
Harrell Watkins, Acting Chief Technology Officer, Environmental Protection Agency
Harrell Watkins is EPA’s Acting Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Acting Director of the Office of Technology Operations and Planning. He brings over 18 years of experience creating, delivering and managing innovative, cutting-edge strategic and operational information technology. Harrell is a senior leader, advisor and subject matter expert on all aspects of IT issues. He provides expertise in information sharing and architecture, strategic planning, E-Government, customer relationship management, IT policy and planning, IT governance, and negotiations. Before coming to EPA, Harrell’s federal service includes positions with the Department of Justice, the US Coast Guard, Treasury, and Homeland Security.
Rich Campbell, Cloud Solutions Architect at ViON Corporation
Rich Campbell is the Cloud Solutions Architect for ViON focusing on Cloud solutions and Technologies. Mr. Campbell has extensive knowledge of the Department of Defense, and Intelligence agencies from both an end user and customer perspective. He is a trusted advisor to the various Branches of service, and Homeland security and has been designing and building networks and data centers for over 18 years.
