Agencies across the Federal government are beefing up their Web 2.0 efforts. One of the agencies that has made a recent push into Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter is the FBI. Mike Lilly and Jonathan Cox are with the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Online/Printed Media Unit.
