How much money you actually have in your 401(k) might surprise you – especially if you aren’t aware of the fees that some plans charge. The Department of Labor is working on a regulation that would require employers to make this information more understandable and more readily available. Phyllis Borzi is the Assistant Secretary of Labor for the Employee Benefits Security Administration.
