In order to guide the growth of the Department of Homeland Security, the agency began a Quadrennial Review earlier this year. As part of this review, DHS is holding online dialogues where homeland security stakeholders can comment on proposed elements of the review. The second dialogue period ended this week. Joining us now to talk about it is Alan Cohn, DHS’s Deputy Assistant Secretary for Policy and Strategic Plans. He is leading the review.
