Cybersecurity Update – Tune in weekdays at 30 minutes past the hour for the latest cybersecurity news on the Federal Drive with Tom Temin and Amy Morris (6-10 a.m.) and the DorobekINSIDER with Chris Dorobek (3-7 p.m.). Huffington Post that cyber warfare is a possibility if tensions continue to rise on the Korean Peninsula. During the Worldwide Cybersecurity Summit those undersea communications cables were identified as an extremely critical component to the global cyber network. He says it is already hard to repair those cables because of territorial disputes, and that more tension could jeopardize global financial services, media, transportation, and energy industries, plus essential government services and national security.
