IT managers in the public and private sectors say things are looking up in the second half of 2010. They expect increased hiring and IT budgets over the next six months. CDW’s IT Monitor has been tracking IT sentiment since the beginning of the recession. Matt Troka is the vice president of product and partner management at CDW.
