Al Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula is giving supporters tips for attacking government workers in Washington, D.C. The information has been published in the second edition of the terror group’s magazine called “Inspire”. That publication is a how-to-guide for extremists who want to learn and follow al Qaida’s philosophy. The article suggests an attack in DC restaurants at lunch hour, a time when many feds are out and about. Phil Mudd is a former deputy director of the FBI’s National Security Branch. He tells National Security Correspondent JJ Green that stopping these kinds of attacks depends on something called “evolving intelligence.”
