Health care and overseas wars might have dominated the headlines this year. But the Gulf oil spill kept the clean and green energy debate front and center. Recently, Energy Secretary Steven Chu said that the Obama administration is keeping and open mind when it comes to including nuclear energy as part of the green agenda. Now the UN climate talks have wrapped up in Cancun. So we check in with Christine Todd Whitman, former New Jersey governor and EPA administrator. She’s now co-chair of the Clean and Safe Energy Coalition. Her group has crafted a roadmap and recommendations for the government.
