The Defense Department announced recently that Lynne E. Baldrighi has been appointed to the Senior Executive Service. She will be the director of HR strategic programs and advisory services, defense civilian personnel advisory services in the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel and Readiness in Washington, D.C. Previously, Baldrighi was a foreign policy analyst for the Joint Staff.
