A new website — eFedLink.org — could make it easier for your agency to hire people with disabilities.

The Labor Department and Cornell University have created the site to connect federal managers with placement programs for disabled people.

Akinyemi Banjo, a policy adviser at Labor, joined The Federal Drive with Tom Temin and Emily Kopp with details of how agencies can take advantage of this resource.
