The Chief Information Officer’s Council, FirstNet and the Next Generation 911 services say they're on the same page when it comes to verifying and authenticating identities. This is due in part to the Information Sharing Environment’s work around standards and its support of pilot projects. Kshemendra Paul is the program manager of the Information Sharing Environment. In part two of his exclusive interview with executive editor Jason Miller, Paul describes how the ISE’s work “under the covers” is bringing this identity roadmap together.
