Some members of Congress are concerned that DoD contracting officers aren’t holding large vendors accountable for meeting their small business subcontracting plans. As Federal News Radio’s Jared Serbu tells Federal Drive with Tom Temin, new legislation would add teeth to existing rules by holding vendors in breach of contract when they don’t meet their small business commitments.
