David Berteau: Federal agencies just starting to get March appropriations

Congressional appropriations are like the ball in a pinball machine. Congress sends them rolling, but it takes a few bounces before they fall into your agency’s pocket. Some of the 2018 money is just landing. That raises the question of whether agencies have enough time to spend it. Contractors are wondering too, so David Berteau, president and CEO of the Professional Services Council, joined Federal Drive with Tom Temin for more information.
