2018 was a strong year for spending on federal contracts. The government obligated a total of $559 billion dollars last year, the most since fiscal 2010. But the list of top contractors hasn’t changed much. Dan Snyder is director of government contract analysis at Bloomberg Government. He joined Federal Drive with Tom Temin to talk about some of the trends behind this year’s data, and some of the movements in the rankings.
