Women of Washington hosts Gigi Schumm and Aileen Black talk to Tina Dolph, president of ASRC Information and Technical Solutions, about breaking glass ceilings.
Tina Dolph, president of ASRC Information and Technical Solutions, has gracefully broken into the “old boys club” of defense contracting. Never having given a thought to “glass ceilings”, Dolph shares the principles that let her balance a fulfilling family life with the secrets of success.
Although she graduated from college with a degree in marketing, a tough job market led her to a more practical career at General Electric Aerospace. Even though she was not in her industry of choice she fell in love with the industry and finds comfort in knowing she is both serving her country and helping an Alaskan Native Corporation.
