Most are very satisified with telework, if they’re eligible to use it
75 percent of survey participants said they’re very satisfied or satisfied with their telework programs, though many federal employees said they either chose not to take advantage of the program, felt they need to be physically present on the job and can’t use the program or telework very infrequently. 12 percent of respondents said they telework 1-2 days a week. An additional 12 percent said they use the program 1-2 times a month. Roughly 40 percent of federal employees said they were notified of their eligibility to telework.
