Just a few short years ago, using challenge grants, crowdsourcing and citizen science to solve problems seemed revolutionary to federal managers. Federal Drive with Tom Temin guest Jenn Gustetic, the small business innovation research program executive at NASA, was one person behind the sea change. She started her federal career barely two years ago at the office of Science and Technology Policy.
