Diversifying the SES

The numbers show the Federal government is doing much better at making the Senior Executive Service more diverse. The numbers are included in a new Government Accountability Office report, “Diversity in The SES and Processes for Selecting New Executives.” George Stalcup of the GAO explained those numbers, and the progress agencies are making.
