The president has signed a law with sharper teeth to protect workers who expose fraud, waste and abuse in their companies. But others say it could hurt federal contractors. The Fraud Enforcement and Recovery Act expands the potential liability of companies receiving federal funds. And it could also put subcontractors in the cross-hairs. Stephen Kohn is the executive director of the National Whistleblowers Center. He joins us now to discuss his opinion on the new legislation.
