The “b-word” – bureaucrat – has been tossed around quite a bit over the last several weeks. Former OPM Director Linda Springer says when she hears it, it’s almost always a pejorative. Linda joined me today to share some ideas she’s been cooking up to improve the image of the Federal work force – and her ideas are more than just cosmetic.
