“Veterans Affairs Department chief information officer Roger Baker put his agency and industry on notice last July, making it clear that technology project failures of the past will not be tolerated any more. And the drastic step to suspend 45 troubled projects seems to be making a difference. Many of those problematic initiatives have been restarted with new project plans and milestones.”
