Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano took a new round of questions about her Fiscal Year 2011 budget Thursday. The questions came a day after the Secretary was grilled by a Senate committee about the number of contractors who work for the department. This time the Q & A came before the House Homeland Security Committee. Chairman Bennie Thompson (D-MS) joins us with his takeaway from the hearing.
