OPM’s John Berry remembers Oklahoma City bombing

WFED\'s Max Cacas reports.

It was 15 years ago today that a truck bomb destroyed a federal building in Oklahoma City.

That deadly anniversary was marked today in Oklahoma City — and this morning during the Excellence in Government Conference at the Reagan International Trade Center here in Washington.

Federal News Radio’s Max Cacas was at the conference and reports it was the stage for an emotional remembrance by the government’s top personnel officer.
