An American soldier has been charged with killing two fellow troops and wounding a third in Iraq. The U.S. military command in Baghdad says the shooting incident happened after an argument last month. A statement from the defense department describes the killings as premeditated but offers no other details. The soldier is being held in Kuwait. He will be tried by a military court.
