For only the second time in the program’s history, OPM has opened up an Open Season for federal employees to enroll into the Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP). The program is designed for individuals who can no longer care for themselves due to chronic illness, injury, disability or the aging process. Joining us with more information on the program is Arthur Stein, a certified financial planner with SPC Financial in Rockville, Maryland.
