VA CIO Roger Baker says Government IT systems are at increased risk to inside and outside threats because departments don’t have a centralized budget or operational authority over their IT systems. He shared his concerns at a cybersecurity summit in Washington. Government Computer News reports, Baker wants to see the centralization of IT across government.
