GAO: DoD can better share biometric info with other agencies

The Pentagon collects valuable biometric information that it is required to share with the rest of the government, particularly the Justice Department and Homeland Security. But in a recent study, the GAO found that the Defense Department’s standards don’t allow for that information to be easily shared or compared.
