Currently, federal employees aren’t allowed to sit on non-profit boards. But, a proposed update to conflict-of-interest rules could change that. Debra Roth, partner at the law firm, Shaw, Bransford and Roth, explains what else feds are prohibited from doing under current conflict rules.
