Your agency needs to know what programs are wasting money so it can fix them. But identifying those programs can be difficult.

Federal agencies reported more than $125 billion in improper payments for fiscal 2010, according to the Government Accountability Office.

Federal News Radio’s Francis Rose spoke with Harvard University’s Steve Kelman, former administrator of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy, who says feds should vote for programs to be eliminated.
