What do DoJ memos reveal about botched gun-tracking sting?

Attorney General Eric Holder is taking heat for what he did or did not know about a controversial gun-tracking sting by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
Holder said he only learned about the sting earlier this year. But the botched Operation Fast and Furious, as the sting was known, was referenced in internal memos to him as early as late last year.
A Justice Department source said Holder probably doesn’t have time to read all his memos.
