The Defense Information Systems Agency shut down Internet access and BlackBerry service for Pentagon employees Thursday morning.
The agency denied access to fix an “undisclosed” problem with the network around 10 a.m. A spokesman for DISA tells a local Fox News affiliate “there is no indication” the problem is a result of a cyber attack. The outage affected up to 20,000 users at the Pentagon and some combatant commands.
