This week on “Off the Shelf”  Dr. Jack Midgley, director with Deloitte Tohmastu Consulting,  discusses Deloitte’s 2015 Global Defense Outlook Report. Deloitte’s 2015 Outlook examines the shifting global defense environment  and Midgley provides insights on what the changing environment means for United States defense and foreign policy.

In particular, Deloitte’s Cyber Risk Index assesses the relative cyber for countries based on the technological development/infrastructure and maturity.

Midgely also provides further insights in the complexities and opportunities across the defense industry.
