Transition: On Track
Many Congressional committees are keeping an eye on how your agency, and all the others, are preparing for the upcoming transition. The House Oversight Subcommittee on Federal Management was just the latest to check on how the agencies are doing. One witness at Wednesday’s hearing was Professor Martha Kumar, Director of the White House Transition Project. She talked to me today about her testimony, the importance of the transition team’s relationship with Congress, and how the agencies are doing getting ready for the handoff.
