The HSPD-12 card deadline has come and gone, and the results are mixed. Karen Evans, Administrator of E-Government and Information Technology at the Office of Management and Budget, talked with me about the results: who did well, who had struggles, and how to create more ID card success stories.

Your Office is Ready
