Three officials tasked with that reform – Deputy VA Secretary Scott Gould, Deputy Labor Secretary Seth Harris, and Deputy Agriculture Secretary Dr. Kathleen Merrigan – talked about the reform agendae at their agencies, and how they’re executing.
