President Obama\'s selections to take four high-level Pentagon jobs answer questions about financial management at DoD

Keeping track of where the money goes has been a challenge for personnel at the Pentagon. President Obama has chosen four people for key posts to oversee financial management issues at the agency: Christine Fox to be the Defense Department’s Director of Cost Assessment and Program Evaluation; Frank Kendall to be Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Technology; Gladys Commons to be Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Financial Management and Comptroller; and Terry Yonkers to be Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Installations and Environment.
