In a video statement, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton announced the establishment of the Pakistan Relief Fund. Created by the United States Government through the Department of State, the Fund serves as a mechanism for the public to contribute money to the ongoing efforts in Pakistan. The Secretary will provide additional details in her remarks this afternoon at the United Nations General Assembly’s special session on Pakistan.
