FEMA Administrator explains website redesign

FEMA.gov has a new look -- learn more!

With the Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) recently unveiling the redesign of its FEMA.Gov website, the In Case of Emergency blog asked Administrator Craig Fugate if he would explain why the agency undertook the overhaul. Fugate says FEMA wanted to make the site more focused on helping the public in answer the following questions: “How do I prepare? What do I do when a disaster strikes? And how do I recover?” So, that information is now front and center on the top of the front page of the website. Read more about FEMA’s new site design here.
