The government does not make the grade when it comes to protecting users from malicious and harmful websites. The Online Trust Alliance’s annual Online Safety Honor Roll for 2011 ranks the government behind social media, eCommerce and financial services. Of the over 1,100 domains tested, 74 percent failed.
