Your agency’s data center consolidation and closure plan should at least be in the works. The Office of Management and Budget has its framework in place, and yesterday the Government Accountability Office put out a report on how agencies can cut the number of data centers. Mark Forman, the first E-gov Administrator at OMB, shares his thoughts on the progress of the data center consolidation and closings.
