Stronger laws needed to catch cyber crooks

Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano -- says most countries don\'t even have a legal framework that governs cyber.

Right now many cyber crooks are actually beating the legal system.

Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano — says most countries don’t even have a legal framework that governs cyber, Reuters reports.

Basically the legal system has not kept pace with technological advances.

But now DHS is fighting back and they’re asking other countries to do the same.

Napolitano is calling for an cross-border campaign to combat the security threat.
