Conference explores government innovation tools

Tight budgets, pay freezes, and retirements are squeezing your work force. But there are tools you can use to get past those road blocks. The conference Government Workforce: Learning Innovations on Nov. 2 in Washington, D.C., shares some of those tools. The conference is co-sponsored by The Public Manager and American Society for Training and Development.

In an interview with In Depth with Francis Rose, Ilyse Veron, editor of The Public Manager, shares some highlights from what to expect from the conference, including a keynote address from Office of Personnel Management Director John Berry.
