‘Failing fast’ a better message from ELC 2011?

Former OFPP Administrator Steve Kelman shares his observations from the Executive Leadership Conference.

This year’s Executive Leadership Conference is over and the 2012 conference is already in the planning phase. The feel and mood of the conference this year were both a little different than past years. Former OFPP Administrator Steve Kelman was there and said one of his observations was an emphasis on getting better at “failing fast” in innovation. He shared his other observations with In Depth with Francis Rose.
