Brand Niemann, the former senior enterprise architect and data scientist at the Environmental Protection Agency, contends the new shared-services strategy launched by Federal Chief Information Officer Vivek Kundra sounds a lot like a prior plan for service-oriented architecture.
Niemann joined In Depth with Francis Rose to discuss the similarity between the two plans.
