Tighter budgets, sequestration, and suspension and debarment are all terms that are giving the contracting community heartburn.

Steve Charles, the co-founder and executive vice president of technology contractor immixGroup, joined In Depth with Francis Rose to discuss the issues contractors are facing.

Charles, who has spoken about the integrity of the supply chain, talked about the appropriate balance between contractors and agencies in securing the supply chain.

Francis Rose also asked whether Congress or agencies will attempt a streamlining of contract vehicles and push more for suspensions and debarments.
