The Office of Personnel Management’s new technology strategy places a keen focus on customer services. To get there, OPM needs to reconfigure its chief information officer’s office to meet those new needs. In part 2 of their interview, OPM CIO Donna Seymour and Director Katherine Archuleta tell Federal News Radio executive editor Jason Miller how OPM is transforming to become a customer service agency.
