The Defense Department is considering changing how much the agency subsidizes commissaries to save the agency money. But changing the subsidy level may mean fewer people use the commissaries and buy at regular stores instead. Craig Bond, economist is a professor at the Pardee RAND Graduate School. On In Depth with Francis Rose, he explained what he found would happen if prices at the commissaries go up.
