Jason Miller: OPM’s credit monitoring contract doesn’t seem right

Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-Md.) says the Office of Personnel Management’s contract award to Winvale and CSID for credit monitoring services doesn’t smell right. Cummings is one of several lawmakers questioning OPM’s process and decision to award the $21 million deal.
