About Joe Pacileo

Joe Pacileo is currently a member of the IronNet Cybersecurity Inc. Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and the vice president of the Fort Meade Alliance.  As a member of the IronNet SLT, Joe leads all aspects of key client relationships from pre-sales through execution. He also provides cyber subject matter expertise consulting for client CSO, CIO, other C-Suite leaders, Board of Directors, and investors.

As the vice president of the Fort Meade Alliance, Joe is in part responsible for leading and managing this non-profit, independent community organization whose mission is to support Fort Meade as an economic asset to the region, and a defense asset to the nation.  The Fort Meade Alliance includes over 200 member companies that represent more than 100,000 employees in the Fort Meade region, across all industry sectors.

Joe’s professional career began as a Distinguished Military Graduate of the University of California. He ended his active duty service retiring at the rank of Colonel/O6.  As a career Military Intelligence officer he served in a variety of command and staff positions located around the world including multiple assignments to the National Security Agency, where his focus was on Cyber Security.

Before Joining IronNet, Joe served for two years as VP and general manager at TASC Inc., and for three years as VP Cyber Operations, ManTech International. Joe is also a member of the Advisory Board for RackTop Systems Inc.
