Gov 2.0 — that term has been around for a few years now.

What’s changed since the whole 2.0 movement started?

Next week marks the start of the second annual Gov 2.0 Expo, a two-day conference that will focus on the latest and greatest in cloud computing, cybersecurity, social media and open data.
